We will get you started with venue and vendor referrals. Then you will create your very own complimentary wedding website that will serve as THE go to place for upcoming info on your wedding for all of your guests. We will keep you on track with monthly email reminders and talk periodically about your progress along the way as well.
Georgia Belle (MONTH OF Coordinating) Includes Memphis Belle Package, plus:
• 2 consultants and 1 assistant
• Meeting six weeks before the wedding to review and finalize all details
• Weekly emails to assist in accomplishing tasks in a timely fashion
• Consultants will keep track of RSVP’s (if requested). We have a special line to record all RSVP’s.
• Coordinate all vendors
• Rehearsal and wedding day itineraries (also given to all vendors)
• Keep track of all final payments due to vendors. Will distribute final payments and tips on Wedding day.
• Coordinate all details with Ceremony and Reception venues
• Assist in picking up last minute items.
