If you are going to be too busy to decorate the reception site why not let us do it!
(3 hours of time allotted) to decorate reception venue. 2 decorators and 1 assistant

We will place all tablecloths, chair covers and tie sashes (if more than 100 sashes, additional time will be needed).

Place all centerpieces on tables

Place all favors, guest book, toasting glasses, cake servers, napkins and card box
** Free use of Reception Table decorations are for a limited time only
***Fee for each additional hour needed for decorating the event.***
We can create your table decorations for material cost plus additional fee based on # ordered. Donate them to our other brides after your event and no fee to create them!
Save $ on the Decorating package if booked with the Belle package!
***Please note that we are decorators and are not able to set up and take down tables, chairs, other heavy objects. If you need assistance with such accommodations, we do have a team of guys that can be hired to help!
Photo package
We have a professional camera and zoom lens! We can take the pictures for you.
Photo package includes cd of all the digital pictures (NO limit) so you can print the ones you want.
Also available DVD of the wedding pics (for Additional fee).
Optional Items:
- Travel to events 30+ miles outside of Louisville – additional fee
- Address invitations – additional fee (in groups of 100)
** Additional fee for pickup of our linens or decorations within 30 miles of Louisville (no chg if delivered to us within 5 days)
